Osha’s work is deep and intentional. He always asks me what I really want for my session, and listens in with his full self to what my body is saying and needing in the moment. His presence is exceptional - I feel that he takes in the fullness of my being, not just the physical, while he also knows how to meet the tissues well, delivering with a diversity of pressure. I love his myofacial work. I see him regularly for massage, I’m an LMT myself, and I highly recommend him!

My time with Osha was powerful and profound. I was able to be with my pain and discomfort but also have some mental space from it, to not associate the pain with who I was. He helped me bring a deeper feeling of acceptance and patience with myself and the process.

I feel grateful for having been referred to Osha for his bodywork. He is very attuned & responsive. I’ve seen him for multiple sessions, and my body needed different care each session. He was able to modify from lighter, restorative touch, to much deeper touch. I find it rare someone is willing to get in there as comfortably as Osha is. I have referred a number of dear friends to his bodywork practice. If someone in town asks me about bodywork, he is on the shortlist :)
